The old dashboards were, and still are, just a lot of answers. You needed to ask the right questions first, then decide if the effort was even worth it. I have used so many platforms in my life. Salesforce, Close, Monday, Trello, Asana, even Zoom. Almost every one of them, you end up hiring a specialized consultant just to work the thing. You can have the best data and the best tools, and if you do not know the right questions to ask, it is dead on arrival.

The more features they add, the more buttons, the more confusing. What you actually need is a dashboard that assists you. One that gives you answers, and gives you the questions too.
